some tips,tricks,and marinades that will help make
next out door cookout the talk of the summer!!!!
"CHOOS
ING YOUR CUTS"Here is a simple chart to help you choose
a prefect cuts of meat that are great for grilling

"MARINADES TIPS AND TRICKS"
I have listed 2 marinades below that are fast,simple and effortless that will change the way you prepare your meats SPICY CHILL MARINADE
(4 steaks)
1 cup of beer(your choice)
1tbs of honey
2tbs chilli powder
1ts garlic powder
1ts onion powder
1/4ts cayen pepper
1tbs hot sauce(your choice)
1/3 cup cooking oil(your choice)
APPLE JACK DANIEL'S
MARINADE
(4 steaks)
1/4 CUP JACK DANIEL'S WHISKEY
1/4 CUP APPLE JUICE
1/4 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
1/4 BROWN SUGAR
2TBS HONEY
1/3 CUP VEG OIL
DASH OF WORCESTERSHIRE
DASH OF PEPPER
HOME MADE BBQ SAUCE
1 CUP OF KETCHUP
2 TBS BROWN SUGAR
2 TBS HONEY
2 TBS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TBS SOY SAUCE
1 TS LIQUID SMOKE
1 TBS GARLIC POWDER
1 TBS ONION POWDER
2 TBS MIX DRY STEAK SPICE,
3 TBS CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
3 DROPS OF HOT SAUCE,OPTIONAL
Mix together well in a bowl or a zip lock bag,add steaks seal and refrigerate
for about 1hr1/2.Keep remaining marinade to bast your steaks while they are cooking.Add BBQ sauce when meat is just about done....
"LETS START COOKING"

So now your steaks are almost done marinading you will now fire up the BBQ.Preheat to 450,it must be hot enough to get those nice grill marks.Put steaks on grill,do not close the lid that will bake your food.Keep heat in between 425and450 it should take about 4 to 8 min a side to cook depending on the thickness and on how you want your steak done.To test the wellness just poke the steak with your finger the firmer it get the more well done it willbe!!!!Never cut in to your steak to check for wellness,you will loose the natural juices and your steak might go dry??Use BBQ tongs to flip over the steaks and be gentile.....
